Fifty-five gallon drum pump, sixteen-gallon drum pump, 5-gallon bucket pumpStudies show over 60% of all hydraulic system down time is caused by untidy maintenance and improper filtration. One of the main sources of contamination is the use of dirty equipment, such as buckets and funnels. Most hydraulic experts agree the proper way to fill hydraulic reservoirs is through a filter. With FILTER PUMPER you condition your oil before it enters your equipment. Since the FILTER PUMPER was designed to push oil through a filter you can even fill your machine's return filter by installing quick disconnects. This will also pressurize the reservoir and not open it to contaminates.

Even new oils contain some contamination. It is estimated that, on average, 1 gallon of new oil contains approximately 12 million solid particles.

The naked eye cannot see particles smaller than 40 microns. So if you see particles in the bottom of a just-emptied bucket, that wasn't filtered, you know you've added contaminates to your equipment.

Most filter carts are expensive and are not available in the field without electricity. The FILTER PUMPER, often called "The poor man's filter cart" works great in a shop, factory, corn or hay field, logging or construction site, or any place you're adding fluid to your equipment.

Contamination removed from a 100-micron suction screen This is the contamination removed from a suction screen of a hydraulic reservoir on a log loader. When a reservoir is opened up the entire hydraulic system is exposed to this kind of contamination. Suction screens only catch 100 micron or larger particles. Not seen are the smaller, sometimes more harmful, particles that scrape cylinders and tear through hydraulic pumps and motors. With the FILTER PUMPER and quick disconnects you'll never need to expose your equipments' systems to these kinds of harmful contaminates.
Save yourself time! Save your company money! Save yourself the headache of downtime! Use the Filter Pumper for all your lubrication needs!
